Simple, fair policies, so you always know what to expect.

Legacy Collection rentals

Legacy Collection settings are rented for your service and remain the property of Marshland Creative. Keepsake items such as Parting Stems, boutonnieres and corsages are yours to keep.
Every Legacy setting is delivered, set up and retrieved by Marshland Creative. Settings are never available for customer pickup.
We ask for at least 72 hours notice before the service.
Please leave rental arrangements, stands and velvet in place after the service so we can collect everything. If a rental piece is lost or seriously damaged, we will talk with your family about a fair repair or replacement cost.

Delivery, setup and pickup for Legacy settings are included within 25 miles of Maurice, Louisiana.
From 25 to 40 miles, a travel fee applies: $100 for a one day service, or $150 across two days.
From 40 to 60 miles, the travel fee is $175 for a one day service, or $225 across two days.
Services farther than 60 miles are quoted individually.

Orders are paid in full before we begin building. We accept payment securely through our website.
Families may split the cost of a Legacy setting by percentage. Each person receives their own secure payment link, and every share must be paid in full at least 72 hours before the service.
Dance florals may also be split between families. Every share must be paid in full at least 14 days before your pickup date.

Most of our work is made by hand to your order, in your colors. Because of that, custom and personalized items are final sale once work has begun.
If you need to cancel before we start your order, contact us and we will gladly help.
Sola wood and real touch florals are handmade, so small variations in color and shape are part of their character.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Processing times vary by item and are listed on each product.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking by email.
Local pickup at our studio in Maurice is available for select items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right with a repair, replacement or refund.
Ready made items that are unused and in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Custom, personalized and rental items cannot be returned.

Class seats are non refundable, but you are welcome to send someone in your place. Just let us know their name.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a class, you will receive a full refund or a seat at a future class, your choice.

Dust gently with canned air held 8 to 10 inches away, or a hair dryer on the cool setting.
Keep sola wood pieces indoors, out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. Unpainted sola wood naturally warms to an ivory tone over time.
